Manufacturing and Industry

The budget has provided a push to the MSME sector's formalization and growth. The interlinking of Udyam, e-SHRAM, NCS and ASEEM portals and providing services such as credit facilitation and entrepreneurial opportunities are a step in that direction. The budget is positive for all stakeholders in the EV segment, such as buyers, manufacturers and sellers. This will accelerate EV adoption in India. This budget has not only attempted to provide the economy a digital backbone, but it has also taken Indian industry a step ahead towards an electric future. The MSME sector has been one of the most impacted by the pandemic, and the budget’s clear focus on growth, infrastructure investments, initiatives for new businesses, and push for domestic manufacturing are most welcome.
